Safe-Spiral
Protection for Hoses
Safe-Spirals, plastic hose protectors, protect hydraulic and pneumatic hoses from deterioration, shocks and abrasion. They improve the visibility of hoses, thus preventing dangerous situations. The protective spirals are easy to install either before or after hose installation.
Safe-Spirals are manufactured by direct compression of the raw material. Due to the manufacturing method the product has a more durable construction and rounded edgeswhich do not damage the hoses.
Safe-Spirals are:
- resistant to acids, oils and solvents
- flexible
- UV protected
- made of HD PE plastic
- operative at temperature range -50 oC - +100 oC.
- recyclable

Lengths
In coils of 25m and 50m,
Pre-cut lengths up to 6 meters according to order. Pre-cut Safe-Spirals (diameters 75mm - 140mm) are equipped with a hole to join several protectors together in order to achieve the desired length or to fix the protector at its location.
